Design and Planning

We work closely with licensed surveyors who can assist with the planning application process and navigating the complex R-codes and other subdivision regulation.

Our design contractor is located in our office in Balcatta and can work closely with you to develop your lot design and maximise the potential of your block.

Construction

Provide us with your plans and specifications and we will build to your exact requirements. As we only do a select number of projects each year we continue to achieve build times well ahead of others in the industry. Where possible we can provide feedback on areas to cut costs and improve your build based on what we have learned through our own projects to date.
